Features and Applications:

1. Allow 12 hours before stepping in. Can hold mechanical loads 24 hours after setting.
2. When cured it will resist salty water, acids, organic liquids, mineral compounds, etc.
3. Solid colour. Easy to clean.
4. High resistance.
5. Good penetration in joints.
6. Suitable for joints of 2-15mm.
7. Swimming pools, chemical or food industries, laboratories, hospitals, abbatoirs, industrial kitchens, etc.

Instructions for use

1. Mix energically both components (best with a drill mixer) until a uniform and homogeneous paste is obtained.
2. Do not mix partially.
3. Use a spatula or a rubber trowel to grout and to press the material. Application should be diagonally to the joints.
4. Remaining material must be discarded within 75 min with a hard sponge and water. Then a soft sponge can be used.
5. Any light remains on the tiles should also be cleaned out.

Use and as an adhensive

1. Also suitable to fix glass/porcelain mosaic on walls and floors as well as for ceramic tiles on floors.
2. Complies with EN 12004 standards when used as an adhesive.

Cautions and recommendations

1. It may stain natural stone, porous or non flat ceramic tiles with a slight residual shade. Make a trial on an expendable area.
2. Do not apply below 10ºC nor above 30ºC.
3. Do not use hot water to clean the excess material.
4. Clean tools with water and a brush before complete hardening of mortar.
5. Protection gloves must be worn. Avoid contact with skin.

Packaging

The kit consists in a 3Kg container with resin and a 1Kg container with hardener
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
